Like many of you, I grew up on “Weird Al”. A musical artist in every way, Al Yankovic's work focuses mainly on comedy. But he’s great at the other music too. And a great singer, song writer, and instrumentalist. He’s every generations’ Dr. Demento since Dr. Demento’s generation - or, the generation that grew up on the good doctor. Hmm. That’s a mouthful. As Wikipedia put it: With "Word Crimes" from Mandatory Fun debuting at No. 39 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2014, Yankovic became the third musical artist after Michael Jackson and Madonna to have a song in the Top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100 over each decade since the 1980s, his other Top 40 songs being "Eat It", "Smells Like Nirvana", and "White & Nerdy". There’s a lot to pick from here, but here’s one I always had a lot of fun with.
