Considered one of the most important rock acts in Australia during the 1960s, The Easybeats enjoyed a level of success that in Australia rivalled The Beatles. Guitarists George Young and Harry Vanda were also producers for the early work of George’s two younger brothers, Angus and Malcom Young, for their band AC/DC.
